Cancellation policy...

We need 7 clear day's notice by e-mail or letter. A cancellation fee of £10 is also charged. If shorter or no notice is given we will charge your credit card in full. If however, the room is re-let to another customer we will only charge for any shortfall. Every reasonable effort is made to re-let the room in the event of a short notice cancellation.
